Willy is an Associate Creative Director with 8+ years experience in full service agencies, including BBDO, McCann and AnalogFolk these days you can find him working at VaynerMedia, Los Angeles. He majored in film at University and started out making music videos. He decided to attend AWARD school to gain a better understanding of commercial art, this is where he fell in love with the power of ideas. 

Quickly after completing AWARD school he returned to become one of the youngest ever to teach there. He’s made successful campaigns for brands such as Tourism Australia, V Energy, eBay, Durex, Wrigley’s Extra, Japan Airlines, Gumtree, Rugby League World Cup, Amnesty International, Hyundai, Curtin University, Rekorderlig Cider, Pepsi Max, Visa, Smith’s Chips, RSVP.com, Boss Coffee, and Eclipse Mints.   

His work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, Webby’s, Caples, D&AD, AWARD and others. He was a Cannes Young Lion Finalist and won B&T Creative of the Year, 30 under 30 in 2019.

When Willy’s not building other brands he’s tinkering away on his side project SLOWBURN_ER.
